Apartamentul are o suprafata utila de 80 mp. Are un living spatios, cu semineu si iesire direct in curtea din spatele casei. Apartamentul se inchiriaza complt mobilat si utilat, avand inclusiv masina de spalat vase.

Chiria lunara este de 600 euro.
Plata tuturor utilitatilor este de 150 euro pe luna, atat pe perioada de iarna cat sip e cea de vara si include cablu tv, internet, apa, caldura, gaze, electricitate, intretinere curte si gradina.
