Welding Engineer

We are hiring a Welding Engineer for our factory in Timisoara.
Field of activity: Piping, pressure vessel and steel structure

- Mandatory requirements:

Degree in engineering, preferably mechanical or material
Diploma as Welding Engineer
Basic knowledge of materials grade
Basic experience in welding process: MIG-MAG, TIG, SAW, SMAW
Basic experience of weld defect and not destructive technics: LP, UT, MT, RT
Basic experience in the welding process and welder qualifications
Knowledge of the quality procedures and work instruction as requested by EN 3834-2
Documented Experience of quality control and tests NDT
Organization capability and coordination of the operative person in the Special Process department
Knowledge of the execution and control of the welds
Basic skills in CAD software (Inventor, Autocad etc.)

- Not mandatory:

Experience in the use of the following rules: ENISO, ASME CODEs
Basic experience of design code: EN 13445
Qualification for execution of NDT as per EN 9712 level 2
12 months of experience in production or quality in a company that produces Pressure Vessel or Piping Systems

- Knowledge:

Very good knowledge of MS OFFICE package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Outlook and Teams
Excellent English skills
Italian skills can be an advantage
